This stainless steel round expandable ring from De Buyer, allows you to create different size moulds with one ring, from Ø18cm - Ø36cm, and is ideal for creating and assembling, desserts, pies and tarts.

Available in 3 depths of 3cm, 4.5cm & 6.5cm

The high quality stainless steel sprung ring perfectly retains its round shape is simple to use, due to a simple mechanism, and lets you quickly change the dimensions.
