Essential for the second proofing stage, the linen/cotton/polyester cloth plays a crucial role in ensuring consistent rising, maintaining the shape of the dough, and determining the final quality of the bread. These Scaritech cloths are made from a blend of linen, cotton and polyester, which is fast drying, water repellent, antibacterial and antifungal.

Soft and easy to handle, the finish creates regular ridges to securely cradle the shaped dough. The cloth is carefully hemmed at the edges which improves durability.
